If you have knowledge of technical tools specific to LOTO (e.g., Hazardous Energy, Lock Out Tag Out tools, Machine Guarding) and experience in manufacturing environmentsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a LOTO Procedure Specialist to develop and implement Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. This position will be Full-Time and TEMPORARY, the assignment lasts through December 26th, 2025, with a shift from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.What You’ll DoDevelop Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) proceduresInstall LOTO procedures, signage, and energy tags on manufacturing machineryUpload LOTO procedures to the systemProvide functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of LOTO proceduresExplore, analyze, test, and assist in the development of LOTO proceduresPerform technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and effectiveness analyses for LOTO proceduresResponsible for completing assigned LOTO project within budgetary and scheduling guidelinesPlan, prioritize, and manage LOTO Project; prioritize tasks to ensure team resources are used effectively and project deadlines are metCreate, develop, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance, or test LOTO procedures for paper, multimedia, or web-based publication for nontechnical and technical usersWhat You'll NeedRequired:Knowledge of technical tools specific to LOTO: e.g., Hazardous Energy, Lock Out Tag Out tools, Machine GuardingExperience in manufacturing environments2+ years of relevant work experienceDue to our end client, candidates must be able to work on CAI's W2 without a need for sponsorship now or in the futureSteel toe shoesStrong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to perform essential job functions including reading various signage throughout the facility, comprehensive understanding of various documentation, understanding and communicating processes to ensure workplace safety and job efficiencyPreferred:Experience with LOTO proceduresPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorMust be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in personSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Infrequent lifting up to 50 lbsAbility to climb a ladder and work off elevated aerial platformsWalk and stand during the entire shiftUtilize tools, materials, and equipment according to safety and operational principles and practicesRead and interpret blueprints, manuals, specifications, and documentationWork in an office and industrial manufacturing environment with possible exposure to temperature extremes and overhead objectsThe pay range for this position is $41- $51.44 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
