Decaler | Utilimaster | Landisville, PARegular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $20.00/hourWhat you’ll do:Apply appropriate decals to specifications, inspect and repair as needed to support the production and assembly of various components, and perform as an active member of the team Prepping vehicles for decal placementApplying decals to the inside and outside of painted Walk in Van and Truck Bodies, etc.Skilled with hand, air, and power tools  Obtain supplies and parts required to do the job Assist other employees when decaling is not required Clean department and maintain neatness in the surrounding work areasAssist the team in 5S advancements Assist in the implementation of Lean PrinciplesPerform the above within acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standardsWhat you need to be successful:HS Diploma or GED requiredMust have prior recent experience applying decals (automotive)Ability to read and understand work orders, directions, charts, forms, and safety regulations  Ability to correctly use and read various gauges Ability to work well with other employees in a team environment Ability to lift to 50 pounds  Ability to read a tape measure to a sixteenth (1/16) of an inch and decimal points to .01 inchesMust be proficient, detail oriented, and very meticulous in your work Perform as a team member which requires the ability to learn, perform and rotate to other workstations#TSG123Why The Shyft Group?Our people are our greatest asset, and your success is our success!
