Strong candidates must be ready to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment, while retaining high standards of organization, cleanliness and efficiency in order to meet the standards of the restaurant and ensure customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparation of all restaurant foods, meeting specifications and guaranteeing appropriate attention to detail is demonstrated.Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.Maintain solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards & basic culinary techniques.Display ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.Keep station clean and organizedManage workload as it relates to day and schedule.Communicate clearly with chefs on product concerns and outages.Display ability to read and execute core recipesFollows company policies and procedures.Minimum QualificationsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively.Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.Acquire and maintain a Utah food handler permit within 14 days of on-boarding.Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.Ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directionsWork Environment:Works outdoors/indoorsWorks in warm/cold climatesWorks in high placesWorks on wet surfacesIs exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicalsWorks near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck trafficMust be able to move up to 55 lbsMust be at least 21 years of age.
