The Production Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieves performance targets as agreed with Production Management. Salary: $79,372 - $85,000 (Based on experience and qualifications) Annual Performance Bonus Eligible!Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. Must be available to work holidays and weekends as needed.Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PMNight Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AMExcellent Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision, Paid Time Off, Vacation, 401K with company match, Company Discounts, Paid Uniforms, Paid Training, Career Advancement Opportunities, Day 1 benefit enroll Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the areaReview daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and review meetingsCoach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirementsPrioritize, schedule, and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed to maximize efficiencyReview daily maintenance effectiveness with Maintenance Mechanic and Team members to identify opportunities for improvementEnsure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiativesFacilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and Production ManagementUnderstand internal and external regulations, procedures and policies and apply them fairly and consistentlyManage relationships with internal customers and suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targetsDeveloping and leading the Night Shift production team Qualifications: Key qualifications include:Two to five years of experience in a supervisory capacity with line ownership requiredFour year degree preferred not requiredUnderstanding of processes and mechanics of line equipmentExcellent problem solving abilityPC Skills including MS excel and WordFamiliarity with quality and hygiene regulation - Cost awareness of operationsAbility to multi-task and delegateEffective communication skillsModern maintenance techniques (MP2)Ability to manage and develop employeesSalary Range Disclaimer:The salary range provided for this position is an approximation based on market research, internal compensation data and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
