Sr. Facilities Technician

Our client, an industry leader in facilities management, is seeking a Sr. Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Sr. Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the campus operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Facilities Technician Location:Greer, SC What's the Job? Maintain and repair air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot customer service calls related to temperature comfort within the facilities. Ensure accuracy of system documentation and support new installation projects as needed. Complete hazard assessments to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with equipment management and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal operation. What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of field experience with trade school training or 6 years of relevant experience. Valid driver’s license. Heavy electrical knowledge, PLC experience, VFD experience, and Universal EPA certification. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good computer skills including email, internet, and Microsoft Word. What's in it for me?
