Bilingual Recreation Aide

Bilingual Recreation Aide (English/Spanish)Bring energy, compassion, and creativity to a team that makes a difference every day!  Job Requirements: Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal) High school diploma or GED Experience working with seniors, youth, or individuals with special needs is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to plan and lead group activities Must pass background check and any required health screenings Key Responsibilities: Lead and assist with recreational activities such as games, arts & crafts, music, fitness, and outings Engage participants in a positive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive manner Support the planning and execution of daily activity programs Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and families in both English and Spanish Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized activity area Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities Assist with documentation, attendance, and program feedback Location: 50 Sheffield Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207, United States Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
