We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to be located in Dallas, TX. Pay Range: $89,877.00 - $102,374.00 / year.  This role is eligible for an annual bonusSchedule: Monday-Friday and every other Saturday as needed. 8–10-hour shiftsAbility to work holidays, weekends and on call per business needs  If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP.   Responsibilities: Part of the Maintenance leadership team responsible for Plant Technical Operations & Maintenance of equipment including but not limited to Production Equipment, Facilities, Utilities (electrical, air, water), Blow-molding, Injection, Grounds, HVAC equipment, etc.TPM Pillar Member (Preventative Maintenance / Autonomous Maintenance Pillar) focused on the Continuous Improvement of Plant Maintenance Systems that will increase the knowledge of Maintenance and Operations Personnel and the Reliability of Manufacturing EquipmentAssist with leading the preventative/autonomous maintenance process, defining processes, driving improvements and achieving KPI targetsReview daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Operations team to get resolutionEnsure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures CoachCoach, train, and develop frontline employees to meet current and future business requirementsLead efforts to ensure Compliance in Safety, Environmental, and Maintenance SystemsChampion change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in Energy & Loss Reduction Projects (Man, Machine, Material, etc.) Utilize and model our beliefs in the execution of daily work activities and decision makingBuild relationships with frontline team members to help create and maintain a positive work environmentPartner with internal/external customers, suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of objectivesUnderstand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures & policiesMaintain cleanliness to GMP standards and ensure all safety standards are metEffectively communicate safety, quality, technical and training issues to team Qualifications: Associate’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or Industrial Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance with at least two or more years of experience in a leadership capacityPrior experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality, GMP and hygiene regulations preferred.Prior experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electric systems and PLC control systems and communication systems.Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs with a grasp of financial factors in maintenance.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite applications; business management software (SAP preferred) needed.Understanding of production processes & technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Continuous improvement or process improvement experience. Green belt / Black belt certification or prior TPM experience preferred.Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate changeTime management, delegation and organization skills with strong problem solving abilityAbility to grow relationships with business partners and to lead, coach and develop employeesSchedule flexibility with the ability to provide on call coverage.  Salary Range Disclaimer:The salary range provided for this position is an approximation based on market research, internal compensation data and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
