We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP. Factory Location: Dallas, TXCompensation: $30.55 / hourSchedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule5:00 am - 5:30 pm, Day ShiftAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs Responsibilities: Safely and proactively operate, troubleshoot, and optimize PET injection and support equipmentMeet performance targets for injectionEnsure proper setup of injection machinesMonitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize bottle quality and correct defects, including the completion of hourly quality checksManage bottle silo level, merge/dump gate setup, and blower speedsRoutinely communicate with up/down stream operators to maximize line performanceExecute preform and bottle changeoversMaintain machine adjustment logsComply with sanitation standards, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean and organized work areaFollow contamination prevention and machine cleaning proceduresBecome proficient in facility specific injection equipment operations and troubleshootingUse troubleshooting to correct downtime issuesCommunicate with maintenance on machine performance issues, submit work requests for corrective maintenanceCross train and perform duties of other team members as neededAssist with equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and rebuilds as needed Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experiencePrior experience operating PET injection equipment, troubleshooting injection components, and processing experience is preferred but not requiredSolid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise management software (SAP)Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectivelySolid problem solving and decision-making skillsComfort working in a high-speed production environmentAbility to move/lift 50 lbs various times over a 12-hour shift, basic math and reading skillsSuccessful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screen, and background check are required
