Application Deadline:10/16/2025Address:320 S Canal StreetJob Family Group:Strategy & ChangeUAT Leadership & DeliveryPerform and oversee business testing on technical solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.Lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution for projects of varying complexity.Develop and manage test strategies, create and review test cases for traceability, execute test cases, and validate defect resolutions.Manage all UAT requests for the business group, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Coordinate cross-application dependencies and downstream impacts with IT and business teams.Advocate for and implement automation solutions and AI-driven testing approaches to improve efficiency.Monitor and track UAT performance results, address issues, and ensure continuous improvement.People ManagementBuild and lead a high-performing UAT team; attract, retain, and develop top talent.Foster a culture aligned to company purpose, values, and strategy; role model values and behaviors.Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members.Conduct regular performance reviews, recognize and reward achievements, and manage underperformance effectively.Create an inclusive environment that promotes diversity, collaboration, and innovation.Ensure clear accountability, set inspirational goals, and connect team objectives to organizational purpose.Strategic & Stakeholder EngagementProvide strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.Develop business cases, recommend priorities, and advise on resource requirements for strategic execution.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience:Typically 7+ years in UAT, QA, or related roles, with leadership experience.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework.Experience in Commercial Banking or Financial Services preferred.Familiarity with Online Banking applications is a plus.Proven success implementing automated testing frameworks , Accessibility Testing and AI-based testing solutions.Skills:Verbal & written communication – Expert.Analytical and problem-solving – Expert.Influence and collaboration – Expert.Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.Technical Tools: JIRA, Quality Center, Selenium or similar.Knowledge of accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, JAWS, NVDA) and WCAG standards.Preferred CertificationsISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent.Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred.Salary:$102,000.00 - $190,000.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
