We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to serve as a key partner in promoting a culture of continuous readiness and regulatory excellence across our outpatient sites and/or acute care facilities.In this dynamic role, youll work closely with facility leadership, dyads, and directors to ensure compliance with NIAHO standards, ISO clauses, and CMS regulations. Youll act as a trusted consultant, offering guidance on regulatory expectations and aligning quality efforts with facility goals.What Youll Do:Lead ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives at the assigned facility or locationsServe as a content expert on NIAHO and ISO standards; demonstrate working knowledge of CMS and other regulatory bodiesPartner with administration and departmental leaders to identify and address compliance needsSupport continuous survey readiness and quality improvement effortsAssist in the interpretation and application of regulatory standards across departmentsFacilitate internal readiness assessments, mock surveys, and action planningCollaborate with teams to implement evidence-based practices and ensure alignment with organizational objectivesQualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited health-related program required Bachelors degree (BS or BA) preferredExperience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience required Other licensed healthcare professionals with an associate degree or higher and at least 3 years of clinical experience may be considered Experience with project management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement preferredLicensure: Must hold current licensure in the State of FloridaSkills & Other Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Proficient in computer systems and basic reporting tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEmployee Benefits Include: Health, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution PTO (paid time off for vacation, sick, and holidays) Tuition reimbursement and career development support Wellness programs and employee discounts Free on-site parking and much moreBe a part of something greater.
