Sales Assistant 1

Title: Sales Assistant 1 Location: Fully Remote Duration: 8 Months (Possible (dependent on budget) Schedule & OT Estimate: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week, No OT Pay rate range: $15 to $18/hr Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support the North America Non-Profit account team. This role will focus on outbound sales efforts, managing inbound inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of customer engagement activities.   Key Projects & Responsibilities: Act as a Sales Consultant supporting outbound efforts for Non-Profit accounts. Manage inbound inquiries and ensure timely customer follow-up. Track campaign progress and report on results. Maintain alignment with established processes and procedures. Candidate Requirements Disqualifiers: No specific disqualifiers for this role. Best vs. Average Candidate: Experience with Dynamics 365. Technical proficiency and strong documentation support skills. Background in account executive roles or inside sales teams. Familiarity with philanthropy/non-profit sector is a plus. Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
