? URGENT HIRING: Packaging Operator – Chemical Handling Required ? Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Interview Format: Microsoft Teams (No interviews on Fridays) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Operator with chemical handling experience to join our team in Cleveland. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You"ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and adherence to procedures are key. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials Portion chemicals (e.g., amino acids) per SOPs and batch records Operate electric walk-behind tow motors and manual pallet jacks Package, label, and palletize finished goods Perform material identification testing and sample products for QC Maintain accurate documentation using GDP and ALCOA principles Conduct room clearances and product inspections Perform SAP transactions and manage inventory of PPE and supplies Follow all safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Must-Have Qualifications: Chemical handling experience Previous warehouse or production experience Strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and follow procedures Willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leadership or quality control roles Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and more with assistance Important Candidate Requirements: Please include responses to the following questions on your resume or in your application comments: Are you trained in a respirator?
