Job Description: What stands out to the manager: Previous Product Development experience in the beauty industry Able to manager their own projects Organized as administrative tasks are required of the role Job Description: Admin support to Product Development team. Manage inventory and product master room, ship and receive samples, swatch and test formulas. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in PD within color cosmetics realm Gather social listening insights and consumer feedback on new launches for major and/or up and coming brands and provide a review summary Identify new trends through market research as inspiration for new launches, create presentations and present to PD team monthly during PD status Create visual presentations for packaging, formula and shade inspiration Review shade matching submissions under PD manager supervision and manage formula submission trackers Support entire PD team by managing product sample requests from cross functional teams as it pertains to photoshoots, retailer meetings, and any urgent business needs Maintain and update Product Master log and library, including re-organization of all previous masters and meticulously labeling new production masters Assist PD Manager with searching for, purchasing, swatching and organizing color benchmarks for new launches Assist the PD team on launches and development projects as needed Follow up with PD managers weekly on agenda topics for PD/Marketing Status and cross-functional meetings Take detailed notes and share recaps for vendor meetings and presentations Track and organize all samples from vendor presentations Ensure PD room is as tidy as possible at the end of each week Assist PD Managers with product swatches and demos as needed Handle general office tasks: shipping, filing, organizing, and ordering supplies Are you interested ?
