The Procurement ADP is “hosted” by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with a member of the global procurement management team. The Procurement Sourcing Analyst Accelerated Development Program is designed as a 9–12-month assignment to assist the Procurement Strategy & Enablement team with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The program participants manage their own projects and tasks to assist the team in achieving goals both tactical and strategic objectives. The identified candidates can begin in January or July of 2026 and will work out of our Brecksville, Ohio John Morikis Technology Center 5 days per week in-person for the duration of the training. Assist with maintaining specific departmental components of procurement, such as inventory tracking, vendor management, process issues, information technology, and related areas. Assist with maintaining a variety of reports such as vendor lists, performance history, price quotes, and other information Understanding of the operations within the strategic procurement organizations Assist in supporting procurement analytics initiatives including cost modeling, market analytics Drive analysis on purchasing opportunities in working capital improvements from vendor terms management Assist with special projects, which may include compiling and analyzing targeted data, reviews and assessments of processes or operations or developing special reports. Creates detailed reports on findings and recommendations. Understand the process of gathering and maintaining supplier pricing and maintain a standardized pricing maintenance process and analysis to determine impact of price changes Minimum Requirements Must have a bachelor’s degree in business (finance/accounting/economics), operations/supply chain or operations from an accredited institution. Must be willing to relocate for this position AND upon completion of the program. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Must have at least one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Preferred Qualifications Previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams. Previous Internship, Co-op, or work experience in a related field Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. Have prior experience using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software Have experience with business intelligence tools (eg. Tableau).
