Primary Purpose of PositionOperate and maintain assigned plants in a cost-effective, safe, reliable and efficient manner.Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesMaintain & monitor safe working conditions identifies, corrects, and reports unsafe work areas, enforces safety compliance.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance and minor repair on plant equipment as assigned.Operate assigned plants as a Stationary Engineer in compliance with published Company operating and safety policies/procedures.Ensure water quality at assigned plants by executing prescribed water management procedures and maintaining proper plant chemistry.Maintain complete maintenance records and reports. Write and follow-up on work orders for identification and repair of plant equipment and air handling units.Act as sole Constellation representative onsite at customer's facility. Maintain customer relationships with all customers served by assigned plantsMonitor assigned plant operations through various controls systems/technologies.Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situationsMinimum QualificationsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, colleagues, and customersStrong organizational skills including reporting, Email, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently, collaboratively with minimal supervision Ability to define problems, research, collect data, establish facts, identify root cause, maintain confidentiality, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions/recommendationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseMust be able to legally operate a motor vehicleAbility to lift a of 65 poundsAbility to work in a confined space and at various heightsStrong team player and collaborator with impeccable ethics and integrity Ability to solve complex problems, and take new perspective on existing solutions Flexibility to handle multiple daily deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesDemonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated experience completing required paperwork and documentation accurately and meeting established deadlines Preferred Qualifications5-years experience in operating centrifugal chillers or related experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceRelated experience in production facilitiesKnowledge of Siemens DCS softwareExperience in mechanical maintenance with emphasis on pipefitting and weldingInstrumentation and Controls (I&C) Experience
