Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekends, No On-Call, Holoiday Base on Needs Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting Must have experience in General Surgery, Bariatric, Gynecological, Urology and Orthopedics Must have experience in Medical diagnosis: cellulitis, back pain, kidney stones Experience with Heparin Drips, TPN, PCAs & Ability to measure and interpret a telemetry rhythm Floating Requirements: Will float to all acute care units Orientation Requirements: THP will attend the fist 2 days of orientation at the KUKC Campus, on day 3 THP will attend Olathe orientation and Director of Nursing training, Day 4 Olathe Director of Nursing training, Day 5 THP will attend virtual Epic training if they are unable to test out 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/26/2025, 11/27/2025, 11/28/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025.
