Associate Operations Manager

This role is eligible for an annual bonus. Responsibilities: ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing all production activities and directing teams to effectively achieve production goalsDirect teams (i.e individual department managers, supervisors, etc.) in effectively managing each respective departmentEnsure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and/or company policy and proceduresManage and lead teams in all direct and indirect production processes required to product and deliver a variety of finished, bottled water products to consumers and customersProvide coaching and direction to ensure success in meeting required outputs and schedulesCommunicate effectively production targets and priorities to manufacturing and support teamsDevelop annual operating plan and capital requirementsAct as project manager of all capital projectsDevelop and implement appropriate cost saving ideas for production operationsGenerate and implement ideas for continual process improvementMaintain production and inventory recordsProvide weekly/monthly reports as requiredMonitor and maintain all applicable production permits and ensure that the facility complies with all local, state, federal and company policiesManage employee selection, training, performance evaluation, documentation, salary and termination processesMaintain a positive, proactive labor environmentResponsible for managing all production activities and directing teams to effectively achieve production goals Qualifications: BA/ BS Degree in Industrial management or relevant experienceStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsWritten, verbal, and presentation skills requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of financial analysis and P&L; ability to apply financial theory and practicesUnderstanding of basic microbiology and quality assurance including HACCP and GMP'sUnderstands and enforces adherence to OSHA and Company safety guidelinesKnowledge of environmental health and sanitation Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.  Our extensive direct-to-consumer offerings and industry-leading line-up of innovative water dispensers create consumer connectivity through recurring water purchases across Water Direct, Water Exchange, and Water Refill.
