CASTING TECHNICIAN

Hours of Work :40Days Of Week :Monday through FridayWork Shift :Job Description :Job PurposeTo apply, remove, and/or measure casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices to provide patient care related to orthopedic injuries.Job Requirements:Education:High School Diploma, RequiredAssociate’s degree or higher from an Accredited School or Institution, PreferredCompletion of a recognized Orthopedic Technologists (OTC) Program, PreferredLicenses and/or Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association, RequiredRegistered Orthopedic Technologist Certified (ROT), Orthopaedic Technologist Certified (OTC), or Equivalent, PreferredWork Experience:Proven experience as a Casting Technician, with a minimum of 1-2 years work experience, PreferredMethodist Medical Group is the North Texas physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System.
