The primary purpose of the Pathology Technical Coordinator position is to provide timely and accurate lab results and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies for an assigned area.Your Job Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology• MT(ASCP) or equivalent * Related Work Experience and Other Skills:Five years of clinical experience to include report writing and research activity in assigned areaTwo years of supervisory experience in assigned areaA Master’s degree or successful completion of the MHS Emerging Leaders program can be substituted for supervisory experienceHigh level of energy and motivationYour Job Responsibilities:• Communicate clearly and openly• Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment• Be accountable for your performance• Always look for ways to improve the patient experience• Take initiative for your professional growth• Be engaged and eager to build a winning teamMethodist Dallas Medical Center is one of North Texas’ best places to work.
