Join our team at a leading Pharmaceutical/Medical device Manufacturing Client in Columbia, PA! We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in this hybrid role in Columbia PA 17512., you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring seamless operations across the lead-to-cash process. Role: Customer Service Representative Hybrid role @ Columbia PA 17512 Duration: 12+ Month Contract role Shift: Hybrid position training 8am-4:30pm, After training 9:30am-6pm Full time Previous customer service experience required. Responsibilities: Manage customer orders, quotations, and after-sales service, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Monitor and resolve blocked orders, backorders, and support On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels. Identify process improvement opportunities and support digital platform adoption (eShop, e-Procurement). Collaborate with internal teams (SCM, Distribution, Sales, Tech Service) to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Support audit documentation and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in a Science discipline preferred. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables required). Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
