Customer Service & Order Management Role (Hybrid) - Title Schedule: Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Post-training: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Hybrid (onsite/remote mix) Key Responsibilities ? Order Management & CRM Handle Lead-to-Cash processes (quotes, orders, complaints) Monitor blocked/backorders and support on-time delivery Ensure high customer service standards and meet KPIs âï¸ Operational Excellence Identify and implement process improvements Promote digital tools (Eshop, E-Procurement, etc.) Support audit documentation and compliance Collaborate with internal teams (SCM, Sales, Tech Service) ?
