By driving these solutions, your work will serve both firm and associates' best interests and support Edward Jones being recognized as a Best Place to Work.The Senior Human Resources Business Consultant is responsible for leading the strategic human capital business, partnering with the Chief Human Resource Officer and the senior leadership teams across Human Capital responsible for the organization/talent strategy and integrated solutions delivery/development in partnership with Human Capital Centers of Excellence and Shared Services. What You'll Do: Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and senior leaders, building credibility through business acumen, data-driven insights, and sound judgment.People Strategy: Translate business priorities into integrated people strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive performance outcomes.Executive Coaching: Provide coaching and thought partnership to senior leaders, elevating team performance, building leadership capabilities, and guiding change readiness.Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and development efforts, orchestrating the delivery of tailored human capital solutions in collaboration with COEs and Shared Services.Culture & Engagement: Shape a positive associate experience by reinforcing Edward Jones' culture and fostering engagement across teams.Leadership Influence: Model leadership behaviors, share best practices, and contribute to the evolution of the Business Partner model.Ideal candidate is local to the St. Louis Market or open to relocation to St. LouisIdeal candidate is local to the St. Louis Market or open to relocation to St. LouisEdward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
