 NO SUB-VENDORS ALOUD Fully remote 37.5 hours/work week. Two rounds of video interviews. Client is located Albany, NY and prefer EST zoon. Energy experience is not required. Hourly rate is 45.00 per hour. Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote. The Shared Services team (the team is responsible for day-to-day administrative support and wide implementation contracts and programs). IT Systems That Will Be Used: NEIS, O365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Office suite), Salesforce, Confluence (JIRA), Asana MUST HAVE: 3-6 years of operations management and/or business process management experience.  Maybe previously: A call center manager Intake/operations manager working with a team with a high output Manufacturing role Ability to read and interpret data - Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with O365. Must be tech savvy. Familiar with working in CRMs and PM systems (e.g., Asana, Confluence, JIRA, Salesforce). Financial acumen is extremely important. Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions and quickly put learnings into practice. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Attending check-ins with the various PMs that this person would support. Developing contracts and evaluating budgets. Monitoring dashboards and financial system. Ensuring SOPs are updated. This role is often reactive - responding to ad-hoc administrative requests/issues. OVER ALL QUALIFICATIONS 3-6 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to use Excel for complex reporting, data analysis, and presentation of insights. Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics, reporting trend data and making data-informed decisions. Experience in managing third party vendors, service providers and/or contracts. Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing automaton or standardizing process. Proven experience in operations or business process management. Ability to adapt to fast moving environments. Strengths in support process optimization. Knowledge management and documentation to ensure operational consistency. Exceptional ability to manage multiple, diverse priorities simultaneously while delivering commitments with accuracy and accountability. Demonstrated resourcefulness and resilience in navigating complex use cases, developing practical solutions and driving value. Skilled in mastering and interpreting data, with a strong ability to simply complex data and translate insights. Skilled in leading conversations and building alignment between Staff, contractors, vendor and ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to process new information, apply reference knowledge and adapt to approaches across varied situations. Proficient with data entry, reporting and business acumen. Recognized for sound judgement, balancing urgency with precision and consistency following through on deliverables. Experience commensurate with a Bachelor's degree (business or operations related); a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Familiar with lean methodologies – preferred. Familiarity with Project Management Systems – preferred (i.e.: JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Slack, Salesforce). Provide oversight and management of programs to ensure compliance with the Shared Services Strategy. Act as a liaison between implementation contractor and program staff to ensure compliance and address any questions or issues that arise. Evaluate, manage and reconcile budgets, ensuring estimated and actual cost are aligned and reported in a timely manner. Collect, analyze and interpret complex data sets and reports to make actionable recommendations based on findings. Review & analyze data to identify performance trends, flag anomalies, report accuracy and timeliness, while driving continuous improvement in the Shared Services engagement. Manage the full life cycle of Task Work Orders (TWO) — evaluating budgets, development of documentation, data entry through issuance of Purchase Orders. Develop, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and evaluating similar processes across the processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and simplifying programs. Attend meetings with support contractors and stakeholders to monitor progress, share updates, and escalate issues as needed. Other duties that contribute toward the key outcomes of the Central Business Services team.
