Job DescriptionThe Hourly Culinary Supervisor will oversee culinary aspects at locations. Will work underneath the Executive Chef and ensure all productions pieces and culinary pieces meet Aramark and Client standards.  Rotating hours depending on needs of business.$20-$24/hourJob ResponsibilitiesOversees culinary production in the kitchenEnsures proper recipes are being followedAssists Executive Chef with daily operationProduces meals for Teachers LoungeDevelops and is accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt. Directly supervises culinary operations including such duties as coordination of staff, set-up, preparation, and service.Maintain Needs lists and organization of truck ordersEnsure staff are placed properly and promptly on service lineCoach and train cooks Address any production issuesMaintain temp logs and vital food safety logsQuality assurance checks of service linesReports to Executive ChefAny task given by supervisor and/or manager At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
