Schedule: Part-time Shift : Days Location: 100 HEALTH PARK DR, Louisville, 80027 The role you'll contribute: The Administrative Supervisor acts as both the administrative and patient relations representative outside of standard business hours, and as a clinical resource facilitator for nursing departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the Nursing Department through effective leadership and guidance to unit associates. The position is tasked with facilitating intradepartmental communication and activities, bolstering the delivery of exceptional patient care by adhering to and reinforcing the facility's policies, procedures, mission, vision, and core values. Additionally, the Administrative Supervisor plays a critical role in the overall success of the Nursing Department by upholding the organization's values and mission, thereby ensuring that the highest standards of care and operational excellence are achieved. Manages hospital personnel and resources to meet standards, goals, and department requirements. Reassigns employees to different duties to optimize skills, abilities, and workloads. Makes regular rounds to identify problems and facilitate efficient resolution.
