Loader Operator

Key Accountabilities Plant Safety Operating Equipment Equipment Maintenance Expected Results and Achievements Operate loader to transfer materials from yard to aggregate storage bins (maintain stockpiles), materials from bins to hopper, materials from bins to haul trucks, etc. Collect aggregate tickets and submit to batch office daily Perform routine maintenance including machine cleanliness, daily service inspection, fueling, greasing, cleaning bins and washout ponds (if applicable). Additional maintenance activities as required Help maintain a hazard free work environment by assisting in housekeeping and maintenance duties Includes cleanliness and upkeep of yard area and bin room areas Follow proper company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations including OSHA safety and quality standards Report safety hazards and create safety first culture Participate in safety meetings Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to maintain proper attendance while working irregular hours, including scheduled Saturdays Ability to use power tools, welders, cutting torches/chains and various safety devices Self motivated and able to work effectively in small teams Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills Education and Experience Related industry experience a plus Experience operating heavy equipment in a plant environment preferred High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Travel Requirement Only as needed Rate or Range:  $25.75 and up Posting Date: 10/3/25 Expires: 11/7/25Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
