Supplier Coordinator

Title: Supplier Coordinator Location: 5050 Nathan Lane N. Plymouth, MN USA 55442 Duration: 12 Months | 100% Onsite Pay Range: $22/ hr to $24/ hr (On W2) We are looking for a “Supplier Coordinator” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client. Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supplier Coordinator to support procurement and supplier management activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with purchasing systems, vendors, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders (POs) and support day-to-day procurement activities. Utilize SAP and Ariba systems for order management (preferred). Review and interpret blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Coordinate with vendors to request and evaluate quotes for parts. Manage parts through machining, outside processes, and assembly. Track part progress, identify delays, and follow up to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support supply chain operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred). Proficiency in SAP (preferred); experience with Ariba is a plus. Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
