MS Neuro Rehab - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 6 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. • 6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from the last 3 years Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Required Skills/Experience RN with strong MedSurg experience required, Large Hospital experience >500 beds Preferred Skills/Experience: Rehab experience preferred. Required Credentials: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts., if failed, will be DNU with CS AZ and Sac Region for 6 months Pass fail exam on day 1 of orientation - details to follow Types of Patients on Unit: Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 90% neuro population, low stimulation area, TBI, brain tumor resection, CVA, lung transplant, liver transplant. Unit/Facility Details: beds: 52 Special Requests: No block scheduling. Travel Teams must have their own vehicles Shift & Scheduling: 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in 8 week period. Holidays: Work into core rotation. Start Date: 11/10 or later Floating Requirements: Floating: Yes, any MedSurg unit. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 2.
