Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day. Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager at Murray State University in Murray, KY. This position will manage the day-to-day Food Service Operations, Resident Dining, Retail, Catering and Concessions. It requires strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication and project management skills. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Incentives: RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE!  What You'll Do: Lead a multi-site university dining program with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and financial performanceBuild strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic decisionsOversee operations across residential dining, retail, and catering functionsEnsure compliance with food safety, labor, and regulatory standardsGuide and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountabilityIdentify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement creative, cost-effective solutionsUse data-driven insights to manage budget, forecast revenue, and optimize profitability What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
