Clean Harbors in LaPlace, LA is looking for a Rentals Coordinator. The Rentals Coordinator is responsible for maintaining customer relations through excellent service and quality equipment by addressing any customer needs, concerns, or complaints as well as tracking all inventory, ensuring excellent utilization and maintenance. Why work for Clean Harbors?Health and Safety is our #1 priority, and we live it 3-6-5!Competitive wagesComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employmentGroup 401K with company matching componentOpportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your careerGenerous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursementPositive and safe work environments RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain an accurate daily fixed asset inventory system, this includes Up-to-date equipment statuses (rent, ready, repairs etc), fixed asset locations whether at branch locations or in the field, available equipmentTake all calls from internal customers in regard to booking or renting out available equipment, searching other branches where necessary.Ensuring a high level of utilization for all Clean Harbors assets.Adhere to any internal customer needs and concerns.Update field sales of all new customers, to ensure there is a timely follow-up.Coordinate the movement of all Assets, whether out to field locations, internal equipment transfers, or to and from 3rd party vendors for cleaning and repairs.Liaise closely with the shop foreman to ensure all booked equipment is ready for customer use and the starting date of the job.Assist in prioritizing cleaning / repairs when equipment is in high demand.Required to be On-Call on a scheduled basis, taking all calls in relation to Clean Harbors equipment and services, notifying the appropriate product lines or managers to ensure excellent service.Complete inventory reconciliations on a minimum of weekly basis. Other Duties as AssignedQUALIFICATIONSDemonstrates strong initiative and judgment.High level of administrative skills.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customersExcellent organizational skillsExcellent time-management skills.
