What you’ll be doing Organize, monitor and ensure consistent operations of the residential homes On Call support for programmatic needs Ensure timely completion of management responsibilities including but not limited to employee evaluations, supervisory meetings, staff meetings, approval of staff requests Oversee budget development and monitoring of revenue vs expenses Provide coverage to residential homes in the absence of the manager Coordinate and conduct department staff meetings Ensure programs operate in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements Provide after hours on call coverage Participate in audit preparation, referral assessments, intakes, discharges etc. Job Requirements High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to HN corporate policy 5 - 10 years’ experience in a relevant position Prior background in health and/or human services Experience with IDD individuals and working with CMH requirements, preferred Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office applications.
