Job Description:Director - Architecture, Salesforce IntegrationAs the Director of Architecture, you will define capabilities, solutions, patterns, standards, and guidelines related to the Fidelity use of Salesforce and integration with Fidelity systems. You will work closely with peer business unit architects and technology leaders, key business stakeholders, and other architects leading related capabilities.The Expertise and Skills You BringTen years or more working in an architecture or engineering role with five years or more experience as a solution architect.Minimum 5+ years of experience in integrations developed or customized in Sales cloud and Service cloudMinimum 5+ year of experience in Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce configuration, Integration and Customization projectsExperience with Salesforce, SaaS integrations, web and custom applications, etcProven experience with salesforce core architecture (APIs, security, data model)Experience designing and supporting enterprise level infrastructure using public cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence decisions and engage across Fidelity and at all levels of the organizationA passion for solving complex problems and a track record of delivering innovative solutions for solving themKnowledge of Financial Services businesses is a plus.The Value You DeliverDelivering and maintaining Salesforce related capabilities, solutions, integrations, solution architectures, patterns, guidelines, and specifications for Fidelity’s architectural standards.
