The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.The Post Transition Support plays a critical role in enhancing the advisor and practice experience by intaking feedback, monitoring trends, and sharing key learnings with Market and Practice Solutions (MPS) leadership to identify and address experience improvement opportunities. This role will conduct listening and observation sessions with top practitioners, package insights into actionable resources, and communicate findings to business partners to drive impactful changes. The associate will also analyze and synthesize external research, applying critical thinking to ensure relevance and alignment with business objectives.Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
