Our client, a leader in the construction and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager 3, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction operations and integration efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3 Location: Fayetteville, GA Pay Range: What's the Job? Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and operating workers to ensure project efficiency and safety. Implement measures to motivate employees and improve construction methods, equipment performance, and product quality. Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve construction or processing issues. Develop and implement project tracking and quality control systems, analyzing progress and maintenance to detect problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel issues, ensuring a productive work environment. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred. 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction management or related roles. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and machinery maintenance.
