Job Summary Details: A Warehouse Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across fulfillment centers. This position ensures a safe, organized, and hygienic environment for warehouse operations. Location: 7860 S Fairplay St Englewood, CO 80112 Shift: Day or Overnight - Must work weekends and holidays Payrate: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly + PTO The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to push/lift 50+ lbs constantly. • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience Key Responsibilities: General Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, and disinfect warehouse floors and surfaces. Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas. Clean and restock restrooms and break rooms. Handle spills and maintain sanitation standards. Material Handling: Empty and replenish trash, plastic, and corrugate containers. Use hand-operated pallet jacks to transport containers. Operate compactors and bailers for waste disposal (e.g., shrink wrap, cardboard). Tie off and store bails of shrink wrap using metal cables. Equipment Operation: Safely operate Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRCs). Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) as needed. Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Team Support: Communicate with supervisors regarding equipment status and supply needs. Assist with cleaning additional areas during staffing shortages. Respond to radio calls for spills, safety issues, or urgent cleaning tasks. Train and support coworkers to maintain service standards. Qualifications: Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety standards. Must meet company prescreening requirements. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Willingness to wear PPE and follow all safety guidelines. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours per shift. Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting. Lift and carry items 50+ lbs without assistance. Push and pull wheeled carts and containers. Climb stairs and ladders as needed. Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid). Use hands and arms to operate cleaning tools and equipment. Wear personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, safety vests, steel-toe-shoes etc.). A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
