POSITION SUMMARY As an office-based Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of the company. will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from the intake process, sourcing candidates, to onboarding new hires, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact on the company’s ability to build a high-performing workforce aligned with its mission to help make the world a safer place. RESPONSIBILITIESDedicated support to our teams based in the US and Canada for a host of back office, technical, sales, and operations roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Proactively develop pipelines of talent for critical roles.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications and company culture.Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports.Conduct compensation and benefits analysis for various roles, support the offer approval process, and extend offer letters to selected candidates.Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback.Perform background and reference checks.Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire).Inquire for referrals while tracking and managing referral bonus requests.Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork, I9 collection, employee files.Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company’s culture and values to prospective candidates.Support ongoing HR projects and perform other tasks as directed.
