Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Required Skills/Experience: • 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg. • Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Isolation Precautions, Work Settings, Med/Surg, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management Preferred Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Tracheostomy care/management Unit/Facility Details: • Parking Cost: $2/day at Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC). A shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Stroger and JTDC • Drivers License/State ID Special Requests: No block scheduling. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month.
