The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.We are seeking a strategic leader to serve as the Director of FA Segment Marketing, responsible for aligning all Experience, Brand, and Marketing capabilities to deliver strategies that benefit all Financial Advisors (FAs) while addressing the unique needs of specific FA segments across diverse markets and geographies. This role will ensure seamless integration and execution across EBM functions, aligning resources and initiatives to drive impactful solutions that enhance both the universal advisor experience and tailored strategies for distinct FA segments.The ideal candidate will lead the prioritization strategy of EBM-originated initiatives that support both firm-wide FA objectives and segment-specific growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and deliver measurable results. This leader will build strong cross-functional partnerships to align efforts across the enterprise while fostering a high-performing, adaptable team. This is an opportunity to shape the firm's success by orchestrating EBM capabilities to support the growth, differentiation, and success of all FAs and their unique segmentsStrategic Leadership & AccountabilityJointly accountable with segment/market leaders for achieving top-line business objectives.Owns the development and execution of EBM's strategic plan aligned to FA and FA segment strategies.End-to-End EBM ExecutionLeverages the full capabilities of the EBM organization to support FA and FA segment growth strategies.Ensures seamless, integrated execution across all EBM functions.Initiative Ownership & PrioritizationLeads strategy and prioritization of EBM-originated initiatives that benefit all FAs and individual FA segments which span across markets.Proactively identifies insights and data that can inform strategic priorities for all FA programs and those that may benefit specific FA segments.Data-Driven OptimizationPartners with EBM Analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of client experience, FA experience and marketing initiatives.Client & Advisor AdvocacyChampions a client/advisor-obsessed mindset, driving impactful solutions that matter most to Edward Jones clients and advisors.Enterprise Collaboration & InfluenceBuilds strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and consistency across EBM efforts.Collaborates with the Director of Markets and Director of Advisor Experience to deliver comprehensive and aligned POV and recommendation.Talent DevelopmentCoaches and develops EBM talent, fostering accountability, adaptability, systems thinking, and cross-functional fluency.Market AwarenessStays informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to inform FA segment. Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
