At our 165,000-square-foot Albany, MO plant, home to approximately 180 employees, we’re seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and tool & die teams in elevating equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and facility performance.In this role, you’ll oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, tooling, dies, and facility systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing a forward-looking maintenance strategy that supports long-term plant goals, minimizes downtime, and enables continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the facility through modernization and change, while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.Relocation assistance is being offered for this role.How you will do itDevelop and execute aggressive project timelines and realistic cost estimates to support business objectives and drive operational success.Lead planning, direction, and delegation of maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production, consistent product quality, and cost-effective operations.Ensure accurate documentation of asset repair history and preventive maintenance schedules using Limble CMMS software to support data-driven decision-making.Maintain compliance with ISO standards and procedures, including conducting required training and certification programs.Uphold adherence to bargaining unit agreements, safety protocols, and operational procedures within the assigned area of responsibility.Design and implement a predictive maintenance program utilizing IR thermography, vibration analysis, and ultrasonic testing to enhance equipment reliability.Coordinate and contribute to administrative and technical initiatives such as cost reduction, process improvement, internal communications, and employee training.Lead the development and execution of indirect spend strategies in partnership with indirect procurement teams to optimize resource allocation.What we look forRequired:High School Diploma or equivalent combined education and experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred8+ years’ experience in maintenance including supervisory experienceDemonstrated understanding of technology, including complexities of products, equipment, and costsDemonstrated understanding of proper elements of Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance programExperience with World Class Maintenance, TPM, or similar systemsProficiency in a Windows operating environment including email and Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilitiesEffective and professional communication and organization skillsWorking knowledge of electrical, PLC, welding, pipefitting, pneumatic, hydraulic, general maintenance and tooling applicationsHIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000-123,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
