This role is ideal for a professional with experience in tax or finance operations, executive support, budget management, and cross-functional coordination.You will play a pivotal role in managing departmental operations, supporting budget analysis, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth logistical execution across tax-related functions.How you will do it:Departmental OperationsManage the General Tax Department mailboxRequest onboarding computers for new hires and Deloitte contractorsLiaise with IT for staff computer needsKeep country contact portal and records updatedMaintain and update W-9 recordsAnalyze the tax budget and support budget management activitiesWork with vendors and accounting to obtain accrual informationAssist with electronic file migrationAssist team members with vendor purchase order processesAssist with electronic file organizationExecutive SupportBook and organize travelPrepare and submit VP-level expense reportsAssist with presentation materials for various internal meetingsOrder and manage office suppliesCoordinate team meetings, team events and gatheringsManage team email distribution listsTax Filing & Payment CoordinationMail and manage federal and international tax forms, amended returns and noticesSubmit quarterly tax estimates and extension paymentsHandle mailing and depositing of state income tax, SUT, and property tax refund checksWhat we look for:RequiredHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in tax, finance operations, or administrative supportProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExperience with electronic data filing and vendor managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentStrong organizational skillsAttention to detailHIRING SALARY RANGE: $57,000 -$72,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
