Experience using an HRIS required, Oracle experience preferredShared service experience supporting a large environment required ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. Manage Establish and maintain standardized LifePoint polices, practices and ERP Systems workflow and train and communicate standards to Health Support Center (HSC) departments and facility end-users. Act as SME on a specific ERP system for HSC departments and facility end-users by system troubleshooting, assisting with problem resolution, and reports writing. Assist in conversion, updates, maintenance and implementation of various ERP Systems throughout the HSC, facilities and newly acquired entities.Perform ERP system configuration changes including maintenance of tables, files, reports, and codes to support strategic objectives as required. Responsible for system testing for releases and upgrades to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, to include software patches and upgrades as required. Complete daily/weekly on call support duties for ERP Systems. Regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers.Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information. Exhibit a basic understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
