Full Time Security Officer in Plover, WIPay starts at $17.00 per hour!Increased to $17.50 after 6 months of excellent performance!ScheduleWeekends:Sunday    6:00 AM- 7:00 PM 13 hour shift.Monday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 8 hour shiftFriday       2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 8 hour shiftSaturday  6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 12 hour shiftTuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays OFF40 hours per week Must be able to work the above schedule on a consistent basis.Key Responsibilities/Job duties:Must Have Great Communication Skills Great Work Ethic!In this role, you will:Stand guard at security officer post, directing and checking in/out visitors, truckers with deliveries, issuing access badges, and other duties as necessary.Log visitor and trucking data and other basic reports in the security computer system.Monitoring cameras Respond to alarms and emergencies as directed in post orders.Look for and report potential safety hazards.Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as outlined for the position and follow all PPE policies and procedures.Follow all client site-specific duties, as required and outlined in post-orders.Work additional hours when necessary – fill open shifts, as needed.Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of their jobs at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to their job function.Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, but not limited to: current customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutually respectful manner regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes. Per Mar is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer/Women/Minorities/Veterans/DisabilitiesMinimum Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenMust have a valid WI Security License*Must have HS Diploma, GED or High School EquivalencyMust be proficient in MS Excel, Word and have computer experience Preferred Qualifications:Security Industry ExperienceExperience working 1st, 2nd or 3rd shiftsExperience Maintaining Control Access/Points of EntryExcellent Customer Service and Effective Communication Skills#WASA
