$3,000 Sign-On Bonus! We're offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Senior BCBA hires "” paid in two parts: $1,500 after 3 months and $1,500 after 6 months of employment. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive behavior-analytic programming based on assessment and observation. Provide supervision for assigned clients (minimum 15%). Deliver direct ABA services when clinically appropriate. Conduct parent/caregiver training (minimum 1 hour per week). Administer and score formal assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2). Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports per Breakthrough and insurance requirements. Supervise and train behavior technicians; complete fidelity checks and IOA. Collaborate with other providers to support client outcomes. Participate in clinical and operational meetings. Travel to client homes or centers as needed. Mentor BCBAs within their first 3 years of certification. Lead professional development sessions as assigned. Conduct BACB and internal competency assessments as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. BCBA certified and in good standing with the BACB. Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience. Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing with TDLR. National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. Current and updated CAQH account. Completed BACB-required 8-hour supervision training. CPR certification.
