This position will be full-time and onsite in Dover, DE.What You'll DoDevelop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that support project goals and organizational objectivesConduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness levelsDesign and deliver change management activities including communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategiesPartner with project teams, business leaders, and HR to integrate change management into project planning and executionMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as neededProvide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them guide their teams through changeFoster a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement across the organizationWhat You’ll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred)5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related disciplineProven experience managing change in complex, cross-functional projectsStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), and toolsExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organizationPreferred:Experience in digital transformation or enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with project management practices and toolsChange Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plusPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$110,000 - $130,000The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
