Our client, a leading provider of hardware support services, is seeking a US - Field Technical Spt Cons II - US3 to join their team. As a US - Field Technical Spt Cons II - US3, you will be part of the Field Support team supporting customer hardware and technical services. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Field Technician Location: New York, NY What's the Job? Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC and Printer products at customer sites. Configure hardware, software, and network components, perform repairs, and troubleshoot technical issues. Manage critical service events and educate customers about technology solutions. Interact with multiple levels of HP and customer management to ensure customer satisfaction. Prioritize and manage multiple service requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What's Needed? Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting. Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays. Onsite customer-facing experience. High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training; college preferred. What's in it for me?
