Position Overview Responsible for creating innovative and efficient designs to support Sales Representatives in the packaging industry. Responsibilities Develop structural designs utilizing ArtiosCAD. Create prototypes to ensure fit and function of each design. ISTA testing and analysis. Create and maintain detailed documents of each project. Formulate and communicate new designs based on customer needs, production capabilities, and appropriate materials. Artwork development and pre-press layouts utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and BRCGS standards, while maintaining quality and good housekeeping. Additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following: College/Associate’s Degree, or 3-4 years of design experience.
