Join our team as a Processing Technician I, where you'll play a key role in operating machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring customer satisfaction through precision and care.Position Specifics:Shift: 1st shift! Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pmLocation: Dura-Bar Metal Services, York PA: 90 Grumbacher Road York, Pennsylvania 17404Pay: Starting at 23.75 + Quarterly bonuses + annual Profit SharingWhat You’ll Do:Operate and make minor adjustments to saws, lathes, mills, and inspection equipment.Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet high standards.Complete necessary paperwork including order confirmations and inventory updates.Use forklifts and cranes to move and store materials in the warehouse.Maintain a clean and organized workspace using FIFO inventory methods.Follow ISO procedures and safety regulations at all times.What We’re Looking For:High School Diploma or GED (GEDWorks program eligible).At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or machining (saws, lathes, mills).Strong math skills and ability to read and interpret measurements.Proficiency with basic tools and measuring equipment (tape measure, calipers, micrometer).Ability to operate a forklift and crane.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Physical Requirements:Frequent use of hands and feet, lifting up to 50 lbs.Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing, pushing/pulling, and below-waist level work.Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.Why Join Us?Be part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Gain hands-on experience with advanced machinery and production processes.Work independently with supportive guidance and training.Contribute to a company committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.Ready to apply?
