From carefully building and assembling our unique products to performing burn-in testing, refurbishing returned equipment, and ensuring every piece of technology meets our high standards, this team is the backbone of our operations.If you’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and excited to be part of a group that keeps our cutting-edge equipment in top condition, we’d love to have you on our team as an Inventory Specialist!What’s in it for YouCompetitive pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourWork site location: Long Beach, CASchedule: Mon - Friday 6:30-2:30pComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.Career growth: career growth opportunities at ECAMYour ResponsibilitiesEfficient receiving & processing: accurately receive deliveries, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and promptly update inventory systems to ensure seamless product flow. Order fulfillment: pick and stage parts and job orders with precision and timeliness to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule. Inventory accuracy: conduct routine cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date documentation to support accurate stock levels. Returns management: process and record all returned equipment, ensuring proper inspection, documentation, and reintegration into inventory. Quality control: unpack and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage, coordinating with purchasing on any discrepancies or return needs. Shipping & logistics: prepare orders for outbound shipment, including skids, labeling, and documentation; arrange carriers, coordinate customer pick-ups, and provide clear updates to field operations. System transactions: complete all inventory and shipping transactions within NetSuite to maintain accurate, real-time data. Warehouse safety & organization: support the team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all EH&S standards.Your Qualifications:Familiarity with warehouse inventory counts/cycle counts NetSuite experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Knowledge of operating a pallet jack (standard and electric), scissor lift, and forklift (standing and sitting)Strong time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasksAssist warehouse manager with inventory reportingSelf-motivatedWorks well in a team environmentAbility to work some weekendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully.Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers; can effectively translate business needs to technology requirements.ECAM: Safeguarding Sites with InnovationECAM, a GardaWorld company, is a leader in security technology and remote surveillance.
