Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a talented and innovative Retail Manager 3 to join our team at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, NC.  Novant Health NHRMC is a 800 bed teaching facility with a retail outlet.   It’s hard not to love Wilmington when the city has just been declared “The Next Big Thing” by national media as one of the best places to live in North Carolina. The Retail Manager will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, Executive Chef, catering Manager, frontline supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role requires strong team engagement and client relationship management skills. What You'll Do:  Manage day-to-day operations of hospital cafeteria and food serviceDeliver high-quality food service including cafeteria retail, physician meals, and catering needsLead and develop a team of 25 employees, ensuring high performance and engagementMaintain compliance with HACCP, regulatory, and Sodexo standardsAchieve company and client financial goals and targetsBuild and maintain strong client and customer relationshipsCollaborate effectively with multiple managers and supervisors to drive operational successPrioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
