What We Offer: Schedule: Full-time night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500 available. Join a remarkable team at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, where compassion, innovation, and teamwork come together to deliver exceptional hematology and oncology care. As the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for our Hematology & Oncology Unit, you"ll provide both clinical and administrative leadership—supporting your team through mentorship, scheduling, performance evaluations, and daily touchpoints. You"ll also play a vital role in unit operations, including hand hygiene and barcode audits, and partnering with the Medical Unit Receptionist (MUR) to ensure effective patient flow and that all patients are in their assigned beds by midnight. This 30-bed unit includes 11 dedicated transplant beds and serves a complex and compassionate patient population. What We're Looking For: Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.Experience:Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred.Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.Licensure/Certification:Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.Unit/Dept Specific Required CertificationsAdditional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
